After much thought, I started looking through my childhood photos that I brought from my another home in Ukraine and some of them were very interesting in their atmosphere, the way I behaved and the things that surrounded me. I decided to personally sign each photo, writing my memories and feelings with my own hands.

LIQUID EMULSION
SELECTIONS:
In order to evoke nostalgic look, I have tried to use the liquid emulsion in the dark room.
I printed small inverted pictures on acetate while preparing watercolour paper with liquid emulsion and hand drying it.
Since the prints were bigger then the paper itself, no borders can be seen, which makes it look like "memories" in your head.

FONTAINE PEN NOTES
I decided to write notes in Ukrainian next to some photos; what event it was or who I was with or what I was doing and also added the year when it was and the season. So I was using a calligraphy pen on lined paper and sometimes the pen was making ink leaks and smudges, that gave the notes more nostalgic, sloppy and sometimes very interesting look.
