MUSIC FESTIVAL PROJECT

This project was a group project involving two people, me and my partner. I created the entire brand and made all the edits, and she wrote all the text for the presentation later. The idea of ​​the table was to create a music festival that would last not one or two days, but 2-3 weeks, to fully fit into its atmosphere.

We wanted our brand to be in the retro style of 90s cartoon characters with big eyes and bodies made of various objects that we associated with the festival. I created the logo in 2 minutes, talking to my parents and joking: “What if I draw a passion fruit cut in half and drinking itself” which I then turned into a vector illustration in Illustrator. After trying on the passion fruit colour, which I then used for our brand colour palette, I realized that this logo has self-irony, as well as an interesting idea that should attract young people.

A slogan (motto) for the festival is "MAKE YOUR PASSION TASTE LIKE FRUIT", hence why I've chosen a Passion Fruit for the logo. The name GoodLand means that in this place you will definitely be able to relax and find yourself. Spotted stains are an association of cold foamy lemonade on a hot summer day at a festival vacation.

This presentation tells in details about the purpose of creating this festival, discusses the idea of creating characters and their meaning. Financing topics and a detailed plan for further use of funds collected from the festival were also discussed in this presentation.
